According to the arrangements for closer economic partnership between the mainland and Hongkong, and the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement between the mainland and Macao, and related supplementary agreements,

The general department has drawn up the table of origin of newly added zero tariff goods for Hongkong since July 1, 2010 (see Annex 1) and added Macao's enjoyment from July 1, 2010.
Zero tariff
The standard of origin of goods "(see Annex 2) is hereby promulgated and implemented from July 1, 2010.
The two tables are simplified.
Goods
The name of the product is in conformity with the corresponding tax number in the People's Republic of China import and export tariff code 2010.
