Gao Xizeng, deputy director of Jinzhou City Bureau of industry and commerce, said that the function of the textile research and development center is to provide technical guidance for enterprises, including personnel training, technological progress, product development and training of skilled workers, so as to provide technical support for enterprise benchmarking operations.


Since the start of its activities, the company has vigorously standardized management, and everyone inside the company has set up an innovation and catching up plan. Some workshops have also carried out ten million meters of rubber hose technology competition, which has greatly aroused the enthusiasm and creativity of the staff.


Since the launching of benchmarking activities, the economic efficiency of Jinzhou enterprises has improved significantly.

From 1 to October, the added value of above scale industries increased by 4 billion 750 million yuan, an increase of 28.07% over the same period last year, and the profit reached 1 billion 940 million yuan, up 34.42% over the same period last year.

At the same time, with the development of benchmarking activities, the awareness of scientific management and standardized management of enterprises has gradually increased, and the energy consumption indicators have been significantly reduced.

In the three quarter, the added value energy consumption of Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size in Jinzhou decreased by 8.76% compared with the same period last year. 17 enterprises with backward production capacity were eliminated throughout the year, 220 thousand tons of water saved and 3000 tons of coal saved.


Zhang Yangang, director of the city's Bureau of industry and commerce, said that the city will establish a long-term mechanism to guide enterprises to deepen the benchmarking operation to every employee in each enterprise and carry out the refinement of all the indicators of the benchmarking operation, so as to further push the benchmarking operation into depth.
