Training management of the company


First, the purpose of training is to shape corporate culture, promote the value-added of human resources, and improve business performance. Second, the training principle is to combine the training needs of employees with the development needs of the company.


Except for the part-time training department of the company, the rest of them are in the Training Department of the group.


4. The company's training is divided into level 1 training and level 2 training.


1. The first level training is sponsored by the human resources department, responsible for the management training of the group's intermediate and above personnel (including the general manager of the subsidiary company), the self-management training of the group's headquarters staff, and the pre employment training and overseas training of new employees.


2. The secondary training is sponsored by each center or subsidiary company of the group, which is responsible for the business training, on-the-job training and overseas training of the unit. The training shall be filed with human resources department.


5、 Training points system


1. At the beginning of each year, the training team will determine the training curriculum and corresponding credits according to the company's development strategy and training demand survey results, and those who participate in the training and pass the assessment can obtain credits. At the same time, the training group establishes training files for each trainee, and records the scores and scores of each year's training test. 2. The standard of training points for each post shall be adjusted by the training group once a year. The performance evaluation of regular employees will be combined with their annual training points, and the performance evaluation of those whose points are not up to the standard will be affected. For promotion, the employee must obtain training points of the rank qualification to be promoted, otherwise, the employee will only be promoted to Deputy position.


3. All staff training and special important training required by the company, no matter whether the score is up to standard or not, should attend.


4. The personnel department will strictly check the attendance of the training courses stipulated by the company. It is not allowed to be late, leave early and be absent from class without any reason. Those who are unable to participate in the meeting under special circumstances should ask for leave from the personnel department.


6、 Staff self training


1. The company encourages employees to take part in academic degree examination, professional title examination and professional qualification examination related to their own work after work. If the qualification examination really needs to occupy working time, it can be treated as public leave after being approved by the person in charge of the personnel department with the certificate of the training and examination institution.


2. Employees who really need to occupy the working time on Saturdays when they participate in academic education or training related to their posts can be treated as public holidays with the admission certificate, examination and approval of the Department and personnel department heads. However, when there are temporary important work arrangements or work needs, the company should obey the arrangements.


3. For those who have obtained higher education degree, professional title and qualification, the company will take it as an important basis for employee promotion.


7、 Reimbursement of training expenses


The annual training cost shall be formulated according to the annual budget of HR department.


2. The cost of secondary training shall be submitted to the budget by all departments and subsidiaries of the group according to the training plan, and submitted to the president for approval after being reviewed by the human resources department.


3. If the training expenses of the group headquarters are less than 1000 yuan, they shall be approved by the human resources department, and more than 1000 yuan shall be approved by the president; if the training expenses of subsidiaries are within the budget range, they shall be approved by the general manager of the company. If the training cost is more than 1000 yuan, a "training agreement" shall be signed with the company to specify the service period. After the training, the training materials and the original certificate obtained shall be filed by the training team, and the expenses can be reimbursed after being signed by the training supervisor.


4. The company has the right to investigate the corresponding responsibilities according to the agreement if the employee's working time in the company does not reach the specified period in the training agreement after the training.
